At First

Organizational mergers and work transformations required the board of directors, all politicians from various communities, to structure the organization and its programs to handle these new provincial mandates with some assurance of success.

Our Solutions

Use the Technology of Participation¬† planning process to engage board, senior management and staff separately and together to allow each group’s special creativity to create and inform a full four year plan.

The Result

Housing services were co-located to cover the huge geography. Procedural manuals covered the new services and communication was formalized through stakeholder sessions and a new website. A performance management system was launched to cover all the new roles. These are examples of types of goals.
